ออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากงานทอเสื่อกก กลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลตาเป๊ก อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์งานทอเสื่อกก ของกลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลตาเป๊ก อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เป็นการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อเป็นสินค้าเพื่อการจำหน่าย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและผลิตภัณฑ์ การแปรรูปงานทอเสื่อกก กลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลตาเป๊ก อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนา ผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปสินค้า จากงานทอเสื่อกก กลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลตาเป๊ก 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ จากงานทอเสื่อกก ของกลุ่มผู้จำหน่าย และผู้บริโภค ที่ได้ออกแบบพัฒนาแล้ว กลุ่มทอเสื่อกกตำบลตาเป๊กผลิตสินค้างาน หัตถกรรม ทอเสื่อกกไว้ใช้ในครัวเรือนและจำหน่ายเป็นสินค้า ได้แก่ เสื่อปูลาด เสื่อพับ และมีลวดลายเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะ ถิ่น ยังไม่มีส่วนของการแปรรูปมาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาความต้องการรูปแบบสินค้า ผ่านการพิจารณาหารูป แบบที่เหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ พบว่า กล่องใส่ผ้าเช็ดตัว มีความเหมาะสมที่สุด อยู่ในระดับ มาก ( = 4.25, S.D. = 0.56) ลักษณะเป็นกล่องสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้า ด้านบนเป็นฝาเปิดจากวัสดุงานทอเสื่อกก โดยมีการเย็บ ฝังแม่เหล็กกระดุมบริเวณฝาพับ วัสดุโครงสร้างภายนอกเป็นเสื่อกกลวดลาย ชิ้นงานเป็นแผ่นนำมาตัดให้ได้ขนาด ชั้นกลาง เป็นกระดาษแข็งเทา ขาว ขนาดบาง ชั้นในสุดเป็นผ้าสักหลาดสีเทา ด้านในมีการแบ่งช่องเพื่อบรรจุผ้าเช็ดตัวขนาดเล็กได้ 4 ช่อง และแผ่นกั้นกลางสามารถพับแนบพื้นกล่องได้ บริเวณด้านหน้าฝาเปิดมีการบุผ้าไหมหรือผ้าฝ้ายลวดลาย เพิ่มคุณค่าแก่ ผลิตภัณฑ์ มีการเย็บริมของเสื่อกกด้วยผ้าสักหลาดสีนํ้าตาล ด้านข้างทั้งสองมีมือจับที่ทำจากผ้า การนำต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ จากงานทอเสื่อกก สอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้จำหน่ายและผู้บริโภค ที่มีต่อการต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์งานทอเสื่อกก พบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากงานทอเสื่อกก ของกลุ่มแม่บ้านตำบลตาเป๊ก อำเภอเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ ที่ได้ออกแบบพัฒนาแล้ว ของผู้จำหน่าย โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจดังนี้ ผู้จำหน่าย มีพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.23, S.D. = 0.68) ผู้บริโภค มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.69) สรุปได้ว่าความพึงพอใจของ ผู้จำหน่ายและผู้บริโภคอยู่ในทิศทางเดียวกัน การพัฒนาสินค้าแปรรูปงานทอเสื่อกกในครั้งนี้ เป็นการอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งภูมิปัญญา ท้องถิ่นงานหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้าน ให้สามารถเผยแพร่เป็นมรดกไปยังของลูกหลาน ส่งเสริมรายได้สร้างความเจริญแก่ท้อง ถิ่นและชุมชน ใช้ทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่นจากการสร้างระบบนิเวศการเพาะปลูก เกิดความสมดุลของกระบวนการผลิตด้าน ทรัพยากรวัตถุและทรัพยากรแรงงานในท้องถิ่นให้เกิดรายได้ สร้างการหมุนเวียนเศรษฐกิจ เกิดระบบการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

This research was a study of product development of woven reed mats of the group Ta Pek women's group in Chaloem Phra Kiat District, Buriram province. The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the pattern of woven reed mats from Ta Pek women's group in Chaloem Phra Kiat district, Buriram province, 2) to design and develop the products processed from woven reed mats by Ta Pek women's group, and 3) to evaluate the satisfaction the product of woven reed mats from seller and customers. They were a handicrafts production group to make the product of reed mat used in household and to distribute the products by using patterns of unique endemic. Also they weren’t process as a part of product to supplier. The researcher studied the pattern the products by search for the appropriate pattern of products from expert worker in a field of industrial design. The results revealed that the most suitable was towel box which was at a high level ( = 4.25 and S.D = 0.56). The pattern of product was a rectangular box, the top of box was open made of material woven reed mats by using the magnetic button in the fold of box. The structure of external material was made of woven reed mats by cutting the sheets on size, the middle was a thin cardboard made of white and gray colors, Inside of box was a gray flannel. The box, there are four channels for packing small towels, the foldable middle baffle attached to the box. The front cover had a padded silk or cotton to increase value of the product; a rim of reed mats with brown tweed and the both sides had handles made of fabric. The prototype products from woven reed mats were used for survey of the satisfaction from suppliers and consumers. The overall satisfaction level towards the prototype product from woven reed mats was at a high level as follows: suppliers’ satisfaction was at a high level ( =4.23 and S.D = 0.68) and customers’ satisfaction was at a high level ( =4.38 and S.D = 0.69). This indicated that satisfaction of suppliers and consumers were at the same direction. The development product of weaving reed mats was to conserve local handicraft as heritage for descendant, to promote income and generate prosperity for communities. They used local resources to create ecological cultivation. It became to increase the balance of the manufacturing process in material resources and labor resources in local revenue. They created a circle of economy system to improve the economic sustainable development.
