รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการทุนทางปัญญา วัฒนธรรมองค์การ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและประสิทธิผลองค์การของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบและ ศึกษาอิทธิพลตรง อิทธิพลอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของตัวแปรการจัดการทุนทางปัญญา วัฒนธรรมองค์การ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และประสิทธิผลองค์การของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ภาคตะวัน ออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย คือ สร้างรูปแบบโดยการศึกษาเอกสารและใช้ เทคนิคเดลฟายกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 17 ท่าน ตรวจสอบรูปแบบด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง 550 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติ บรรยายและวิเคราะห์โมเดลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โมเดลที่ ศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดี โดยดัชนีวัดความสอดคล้อง ของโมเดล ค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-Square) เท่ากับ 1.39 ที่ df=43 โดยมี ค่าความน่าจะ เป็นเท่ากับ .93 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) เท่ากับ .99 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับ ความกลมกลืนเชิงเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1.00 และค่าดัชนีความคลาดเคลื่อนใน การประมาณค่าพารามิเตอร์ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ .02 ตัวแปรทั้งหมดในโมเดลสามารถ อธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลองค์การได้ร้อยละ 68 ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลตรงต่อประสิทธิผลองค์การอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ วัฒนธรรมองค์การมากที่สุดเท่ากับ .50 รองลง มาคือ ทุนทางปัญญาเท่ากับ .33 ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพล อ้อมต่อประสิทธิผลองค์การอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำและทุนทางปัญญา และตัวแปร ที่มีอิทธิพลรวมต่อประสิทธิผลองค์การอย่างมีนัย สำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำมากที่สุดเท่ากับ .63 รองลงมาคือ ทุนทางปัญญาเท่ากับ .59

The objectives of this research were to examine the concordance of the model and to study the direct influence, indirect influence and total influence of variables among administration of intellectual capital, organization culture, administrators’ leadership and organizational effectiveness of administrators in the secondary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission in the Northeast. The research methodologies were employed to formulate the model through an analysis of the related literature review and Delphi technique of 17 experts in order to develop the model with the empirical data. The questionnaire survey was carried out via 550 samples. The research tool was a set of questionnaire. The descriptive statistics were used for data analysis and performed for the model testing by using a computer software package. It was found from the study that the model was well fitted with the empirical data (χ2=1.39, df=43, p=.93, GFI = .99, CFI = 1.00, RMSEA = .02). The variance of organizational effectiveness was 68 percent. It was also found that organization culture had directly influenced organizational effectiveness which was at the highest level equating .50. The intellectual capital also directly influenced organizational effectiveness, equating .33, at the statistical significant level of .05. The indirect influences were administrators’ leadership and intellectual capital ; therefore, the total influences were administrators’ leadership which was at the highest level equating .63., which was followed by the intellectual capital equating .59, at the statistical significant level of .05.
