แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสุรินทร์ เขต 1 และ 3

Abstract

การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามแนววิถีพุทธ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสุรินทร์ เขต 1 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาในโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสำนำเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดสุรินทร์เขต 1 และ 3ผลการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาในโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธสำนักเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดสุรินทร์มีผลสำเร็จ 3 ประการ คือ 1) ผลสำเร็จตามจุดเน้นด้านอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธมีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม และผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาและความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อผลสำเร็จตามจุดเน้นด้านอัตลักษณ์ของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ โดยร่วมมีภาพรวมในระดับดีมาก 2) ผลสำเร็จตามผลการประเมินมาตรฐานการศึกษาของ สมศ. โดยรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อคุณภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาโดยรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก 3) ผลสำเร็จของการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขา พบว่าสถานศึกษามีทรัพยากรทางการบริหารทุกด้านอย่างพอเพียงและมีการบูรณาการหลักไตรสิกขาในด้านกระบวนการบริหารเป็นไปตามหลักของไตรสิกขา ชุมชนได้รับประโยชน์จากการพัฒนาโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ และผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาและความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โดยรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมากแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาในโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธจังหวัดสุรินทร์ คือ สถานศึกษาต้องรักษาอัตลักษณ์ให้คงอยู่อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป ในด้านกายภาพ ด้านพฤติกรรม ด้านกิจกรรมประจำวันพระ ด้านการส่งเสริมวิถีพุทธ ด้านคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาให้นำแนวทางพัฒนาตามมาตรฐานที่นำเสนอไว้ในด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการสร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ด้านอัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา และด้านมาตรการส่งเสริมมาใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา 3) แนวทางพัฒนาด้านการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักไตรสิกขาด้านสถานศึกษาจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพและทางสังคมให้เป็นไปตามหลักของศีลผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นกัลยาณมิตรจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาด้านสมรรถภาพจิต คุณภาพจิต สุขภาพจิต จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาปัญญาของบุคลากรและนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องด้านชุมชน สถานศึกษาและสถาบันในชุมชน ร่วมกันแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุมชน อนุรักษ์และสืบสานวัฒนธรรมประเพณีที่ดีงามของชุมชน"

This research is mixed between quantitative and qualitative research which aimed to 1) study the administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary, 2) study the results of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary, Surin province, area one and three, 3) study the development of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary Surin province, area one and three. The results of the administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary were found three ways. 1) The overall of achievement of the emphasis on the identity of Buddhist schools was found at an excellent quality. The results of the evaluation of the opinions of the school personnel and the satisfaction of the students' parents towards the success of the school that emphasized on the identity of the Buddhist school, were found at a very good quality. 2) The overall of an assessment of the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment was found at a very good quality. And the results of the evaluation of the opinions of the personnel in educational institutions on the quality of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary were found at a very good level. 3) The success of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary was found that the school had sufficient administrative resources and had integrated the principle the threefold training in the administrative process in accordance with the principles of the threefold training. The community has benefited from the development of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary in Surin province. The overall results of the evaluation of the opinions of the school personnel and the satisfaction of the students' parents were found at a very good quality. The development of the way administration school of principle the threefold training of Buddhist school office elementary in Surin province was found that the school have to maintain its identity in a sustainable manner through the physical side, behavior, daily activities in Buddhist holiday and the promotion of Buddhist way. The quality of educational administration of educational institutions would be developed according to the standards proposed in the quality of learners through educational administration, the creation of a learning society, the identity of the school, and the measures to promote using as a guideline to improve the quality of educational administration of educational institutions. The way administration school of principle the threefold training of schools into the physical and social environment in accordance with the principles of the precepts. The school administrator would be a good person. It should be organized activities to develop mental capacity, mental quality and mental health. It should continuously be developed the intellectual development of personnel and students. Community, schools and institutions in the community could be solved problems in the community, preserved and maintained the good culture of their community as well
